Project enquiry information
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details, property information and project description you provide. The enquiry is stored for the Forma Workplaces and Fitworks project team to review and respond to your request.
How the information is used
We use the information to understand your project, contact you and coordinate the relevant specialist review. An enquiry is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. Information needed for a proposed project may be shared with the specialists identified during that discussion.
Storage and access
Enquiries are held in this website’s hosted project database. Access is limited through the site’s account controls. A temporary daily hash of the request’s network address is stored to help limit repeated form abuse; the original address is not stored in the enquiry record.
Request a correction or deletion
Use the project enquiry form, quote your enquiry reference and explain your request. We may need to verify the request before changing or removing a record. Avoid including identification documents or sensitive personal information in the public form.
Cookies and external sites
This version does not use advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential functionality. Links to manufacturers open their own websites, which have separate privacy practices.
